No. Your job history does not decide whether God loves you. People lose jobs for all kinds of reasons. Some struggle with work. Some go through seasons when they cannot work at all. Jesus said that anyone who comes to Him will not be turned away. God is not looking at your résumé to decide whether you belong to Him.
