No. Reading the Bible can help you understand God and grow closer to Him, but you do not have to finish every page before God will accept you. One man was dying beside Jesus and had no time to study anything. Jesus still promised that he would be with Him in paradise. Salvation depends on trusting Christ, not on how much of the Bible you have read.
